What Is Tricot Fabric?

Tricot comes from french “tricoter”, means knit. This kind of fabric is very strong yet soft, because its weaving method is very special, It consists of multiple continuous rows; its yarns form rings, which are interlocked and woven into cloth. It has a woven texture on one side, but is smooth on the other. At the same time, one side of polyester tricot fabric has horizontal lines, and the other side has vertical lines.
