Natudon NS110 is composed of
75% nylon and 25% spandex。It‘s a
double sided circular knit nylon spandex fabric with weight of
220 GSM, and using
DTY 40D nylon yarn.
Nylon helps improve the
durability and abrasion resistance of the fabric, and high
spandex content provides good recovery and stretchability. The
double sided knit structure and DTY 40D yarn endows the fabric with certain
support and rich and fine fabric texture . In terms of wearing performance, it also features
moisture wicking,
good air permeability,
excellent resilience, and
no deformation after repeated wear.
Regarding elasticity: Weft: original specimen 10cm, max stretch 22.5cm (usable elongation 125%);
Warp: original specimen 10cm, max stretch 18cm (usable elongation 80%).
It is a close fitting sports fabric suitable for applications requiring multi directional stretch.

Process Descriptions
1. Lightly Brushed Fabric: Soft and delicate surface hand feel
Why some yoga fabrics feel relatively smooth while others have soft and delicate surface? One of the reasons is whether the fabric has undergone brushing treatment.
The brushing process will brush up some of the fibres on the surface of the fabric to form fine fuzz . After light brushing, NS110 gains softer and more delicate surface and retaining all its original properties.
For close fitting clothing such as yoga wear, Pilates clothes and leggings, fabrics need to stretch along with body movements, and the hand feel during direct skin contact also affects the overall wearing experience.
So, if brands intend to develop close fitting active leggings or skin tight sportswear with soft and delicate hand feel, the lightly brushed version of NS110 is a good option, enabling finished garments to present a different tactile sensation from ordinary smooth fabrics.

2. Medium & Heavy Brushed Fabric: Expanded application for autumn and winter close fitting sports fabric
Light Brushed Fabric mainly highlights soft and delicate hand feel, while medium & heavy brushing forms more obvious fuzz texture, suitable for autumn and winter close fitting sports fabric.
For instance, winter yoga wear, thermal leggings, thermal base layer and thermal underwear can adopt knitted fabric with fuzz texture.
With a fabric weight of 220 GSM and double-sided knit structure, NS110 retains its basic elastic properties. Through medium & heavy Brushed Fabric fabric surface presents more pronounced fuzz effect, applicable to autumn and winter activewear and thermal legging products.
Especially in gyms with air conditioning in winter, consumers still need to perform deep squats, leg lifts and large range stretching movements.
