What Types of Clothing Can NS110 Be Used For?Why is it suitable for those applications?

Natudon NS110 is a nylon spandex fabric made with 75% nylon and 25% spandex.    Actually，Ns110 comes invarious specifications by different producing techniques,  such as tie dye fabric, brushed fabric,  matte fabric, or adding anti-bacterial treatments.

But today ,let us focus eyes on double side tie dye brushed fabric ,one of Ns 110 nylon spandex fabric specifiactions.      It is a 220 GSM double-sided fabric made by circular knitting, with a double brushed surface and tie dye process .   This 4 way stretch fabric stretches in both directions, delivering approx. 10‑18 cm stretch length-wise and 10‑22.5 cm width‑wise.

It is mainly used as activewear fabric, , especially yoga wear fabric ,legging fabric and those close-fitting sports fabric. These garments have something in common. They need to move with the body, stay comfortable during movement , feel good when worn for a long time and feature moisture wickng. So the fabric construction and composition  matter.

How does Natudon NS110 work out pain points as a distinctive athletic fabric?

During yoga, dancing or training, the body bends, stretches, twists and changes direction. A fabric with limited stretch can pull at the knees, waist or hips when the wearer moves.

NS110  25% spandex and circular knitted structure  give the fabric plenty of stretch in both lengthwise and crosswise . This makes it suitable for garments that need a stretch fabric with good freedom of movement.

And there is another issue with close-fitting sportswear: coverage.

Very lightweight stretch fabric can sometimes feel too thin for leggings or other body-hugging garments. At 220 GSM, NS110 has more body than a very lightweight stretch fabric,which gives the garment a stronger feel and offer better coverage.

Then comes the brushed surface.

Yoga wear, dance wear and activewear normally stay against the skin for hours. Stretch is important, but it isn’t the only thing  that the wearer should notice.    If a fabric can’t move sweat out well, trapped moisture next to your skin can lead to skin chafing and discomfort during repeated movement.

By contrast, NS110’s  brushed surface helps pull sweat away from skin, with softer handfeel and steady moisture‑wicking for active‑wear.   This is especially useful when the fabric is used for close-fitting garments where the material is constantly touching the skin.

So the point of NS110 is not one single feature:

• 75% nylon — provides a strong base and supportive structure and good abrasion resistance.
• 25% spandex  and Circular knit construction— gives the fabric stretch and recovery, helps it move in both directions.
• 220 GSM weight — gives the fabric more body and coverage.
• light Brushed surface — changes the surface feel for a softer touch and moisture‑wicking .

What Does NS110 Look Like in Finished Garments?

Fabric specifications only tell part of the story. A buyer can see the fiber content, GSM and stretch numbers on a specification sheet. But once the fabric is made into clothing, the difference in handfeel, coverage and movement becomes much easier to understand.

NS110 has been used by overseas activewear brands for different products.

One yoga brand in the Philippines used the fabric in its products and increased its retail price by about 30%.

A sportswear brand in Brazil has also continued to reorder from us, with a repeat purchase rate of more than 85% for three consecutive years.

For one customer, adding the antibacterial option reduced after-sales complaints by about 40%. This is a specific customer case and is not a guaranteed result for every product.

Can the Color, Weight and Printing Be Customized?

Yes,sure.

The standard weight of NS110 is 220 GSM. The usable width is about 150 cm, while the full width is about 155 cm.

Many specifications can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.

There is also a more distinctive processing option: double-sided tie dye.

With this process, the color and pattern are the same on both sides of the fabric. When the fabric is stretched or made into a garment, both sides keep the same visual effect.

This gives brands another option besides ordinary one-sided printed fabric.

The same base fabric can also be developed through different processes, including dyeing, printing pattern, antibacterial treatment and brushing.

For example,  Brands can select a light or heavy brushing ,single or two sides brushed fabric for different demands.   Another brand may choose a tie dye fabric effect for a more distinctive look.   If the product requires differentiated selling points,  we can also develop an antibacterial‑treated version of this fabric.

A matte appearance can also be customized if the final garment needs it.   The base composition remains 75% nylon and 25% spandex for Grade 4  color fastness .
